AMF HQ is a premium boutique, one-of-a-kind gym based in the lakes, Tauranga.

This is not your standard commercial gym - at AMF HQ we provide a unique, welcoming and motivating environment that is fully equipped with the highest quality strength equipment on the market to ensure you get the most out of your workouts.

Being a private gym with capped memberships, we can guarantee you will find no distractions, no crowded space or having to wait for equipment, just full focus on you and your goals.
